We secure the transmission of information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the Internet's standard technology for secure transactions. You can ensure that your transaction is secure by the presence of a closed padlock or key in your browser window. We do not distribute or sell any of your personal information to third parties. All personal information are handled with the strictest confidentiality. ADVDS uses the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe.
All your credit card information including your name, address, and credit card details are encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. To ensure that your information is even more secure, once we receive your credit card information, we store it in encrypted form, and permanently delete 8 of the digits after the order has been processed. This is to further insure against credit card fraud.

Delivery Information
Please allow 1 - 2 working days to process your order before shipping it. Please note that we must have your full name and your complete address to ensure a fast delivery of your order. If something is unclear with your order we will notify you via email.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is a flat fee of $8.00 anywhere within Australia. If the delivery is overseas we will calculate the shipping cost on a per order basis and inform you of the total amount via email.
Shipping and handling
All orders are delivered by express mail with Australia, meaning that you will receive your package at your address you specified. You will receive a tracking number for your order that will enable us to track it if necessary. All orders are packaged in a discreet bubble pack envelope or a plain cardboard box and then packed in an express post bag. If there is no-one to accept delivery, the courier will take your package to the nearest Australia Post office. The courier will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of a supplier and you will not need to mention the website in order to pick-up your package.
International Shipping and handling
All International orders are shipped via EMS or Australian Air Express. You will receive a tracking number for your order that will enable us to track it if necessary. All orders are packaged in a discreet bubble pack envelope or a plain cardboard box.
Delivery Destinations
We deliver anywhere within Australia. Yes! We can deliver overseas to most countries. We can deliver to your package to a P.O. Box if required.

All purchases are GST inclusive.
ADVDS offers the following methods of payment:
Credit Card. Visa, Bankcard and MasterCard. Your card will only be charged at the time we process and ship your order and only for the items being shipped. "ADVDS Pty Ltd" will be listed as the Merchant on your credit card statement. There will be no reference to adult products on your statement.
Direct Deposit. Total amount must be transferred as soon as possible after the order is placed to avoid cancellation after 10 business days.

DVD Region Codes
DVD discs can contain Regional Codes which can be used to prevent the playback of certain discs depending upon the geographical area it is played in. All of our titles have NO Regional coding and can be played on all DVD players. If this is not the case our "Return goods policy applies.
Our return goods policy
For all orders, you have up to 30 days from the shipping date to return defective or damaged products. You must include the original shipping documents that you received with your original order, this will help us find your order to process the refund/return. Within 30 days of receipt of your goods, you may return the items to ADVDS for a full refund. However, the following applies:
Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
We only refund shipping and handling when an error has been made on our end.
We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from ADVDS.
Refunds due to DVD region or format incompatibility cannot be made unless the product is still in "as new" condition - no scratches, fingerprints, etc.
All delivery and shipping costs incurred during the exchange process will be made by the purchaser, except for defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products.
